Customized Products Policy
All products sold on www.elnira.in are personalized and made to order. Due to the unique nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been processed and customization has begun.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacement

Proof Requirement
To request a return or replacement, you must provide valid proof in the form of an unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue. This helps us verify the problem and process your request quickly.
